As with any asset prestige comes at a hefty price tag. There are of course many factors that determine the level of prestige and in the case of the highly sought after suburb of Willowbrook it is the properties themselves.
With a more contemporary architecture as one of the suburbs signatures there is a degree to which one can assume the suburb is very much for the younger executive generation. This is also evident by the number of day-care centres close to the suburb.
A tranquil serene atmosphere greets one whilst driving down its roads with sidewalks lined with manicured grass and fresh trees. Another reason one could safely assume that Willowbrook is a suburb for the younger generation is the number of sectional title townhouses and cluster homes which still fall within the prestigious en of the market.
There are still large parts of Willowbrook being developed for higher density housing which is a good indication that the suburbs property values will increase and this will then in turn set higher levels of demand.
Willowbrook is situated west of Johannesburg not too far from what is known as the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. This by itself does not say much but when one looks at the close proximity to where major commercial hubs are located then it would put Willowbrook in a prime location.
Major roads connecting to commercial hubs in Sandton, Bryanston, Rosebank and Rivonia are Hendrik Potgieter Road which connects to the N1 Western Bypass and then it is a few short minutes into Bryanston along William Nicol Drive and straight down into Sandton.
For those employed in the industrial or related industries industrial hubs in Laser Park or even Chamdor the drive is equally short.
Of course the suburb must have access to schools and Willowbrook draws on already established and reputable schools such as The Gateway School, Charter College International High School and Eagle House School.
