Waterkloof Park is a well established, highly sought after mixed use Pretoria East suburb.

The suburb consists of free standing homes, sectional title townhouses and cluster homes. The suburb has a reputation of being on the higher end of the income scale due factors such as its name, location, well established stable growing property values and surrounding amenities like schools, malls and commercial hubs.

The architecture, both modern and conventional, is the other driving factors in property values along with the size of most of the properties.

The semi tropical gardens form great garden features to the properties in the suburb.

It is also important to note the fact that many of the residential homes on Dely Road have been rezoned for business use, which has increased the overall market value in the suburb. This forms a large part of the Menlyn commercial hub with Menlyn Maine still in the infancy stages.

There are a number of well established and popular schools nearby. These schools include Pro Arte Alphen Park, The Glen High School, Waterkloof Primary School and Laerskool Anton Van Wouw.

Of course the other major benefit of residing in the suburb is that many popular malls are on the doorstep of the suburb. These include Menlyn Park Shopping Mall, Menlyn Retail Park, Brooklyn Mall and Cherry Lane Shopping Centre.

With many of the foreign embassies taking up residence in the Pretoria East suburbs, Waterkloof Park has also become more popular with these embassies and the long term lease options make for further stable income as an alternative.

Other suburbs which ensure a constant steam of interested property buyers in the suburb are Waterkloof, Hazelwood, Maroelana and Newlands.

The suburb is also popular with many guest houses and Bed and Breakfasts which further enhances the commercial use of this sought after residential suburb.
