The greater Randburg is a desirable residential suburb that has its suburbs which are also as desirable for their property architecture, property values and prime location.

Vandia Grove is a well-established suburb that has a mixture of modern contemporary architecture, classic conventional and some distinct period-style homes. That means a broad spectrum of buyers is attracted to this tranquil suburb. The property usage is also varied consisting of freehold homes, apartment complexes, cluster homes and sectional-title townhouses.

It would not surprise one to find only a handful of homes on the market in this upmarket suburb and one of the reasons could be that families in the suburb are in the middle age group and that does limit sales to some extent. When a home does enter the market it gets scooped up very soon and this is attributed to all that the suburb offers. One other notable feature of the suburb is the property values. If there are not that many property sales, then where do the values come from. One answer could be found in the general sales of the greater Randburg and the other may be more accurate is the desirability of the suburb. Demand does contribute to value and if the is no stock then prices are largely immeasurable.

The prime location of Vandia Grove is indisputable as one can connect with Bryanston Drive and access to commercial nodes there or William Nicol Drive towards Sandton, Rivonia and Rosebank where the remaining commercial nodes are located.

Here is a list of well-established reputable schools in and neat to the suburb; Ferndale High School, Bordeaux Primary School, Damelin College High School Randburg and Radley Private School.

Being in such a prime location means there is no lack of malls which are Randview Shopping Centre, Hyde Park Corner, Sandton Square and Rosebank mall.
