Tulisa Park is located South-West of Johannesburg. The suburb was established with Alberton being the main point of origin.
The suburbs that are situated to the south of Johannesburg were established around subsidiary industries to the mining of gold in the 1800’s. This is very much evident in suburbs like Tulisa Park which is surrounded by industrial hubs.
Being an old established suburb means the property use is almost exclusively made up of freehold homes and the homes and grounds are generally large. It could be seen as a middle-class suburb which has not yet reached its full potential. This is reflected in the general property values which range from the high R700 mark to above the R1.2 mil mark.
The suburb should thus be viewed as the ideal starter suburb. It offers a stable growth in property values very much equal to the general property growth values of Gauteng as well as has a high degree of demand due to the location.
The suburb is in a prime location when viewing its relation to other suburbs and amenities like schools, malls and major access roads.
The suburb is also within easy access of the Johannesburg CBD which is an important criterion.
Alberton being the central hub means most of the retail is taken care of either in the CBD or surrounding malls which are easily accessable.
Travel to other towns and suburbs are convenient with major highways and freeways near to the suburb which puts pay to the general fallacy that southern suburbs are remote and removed.
The OR Tambo airport is conveniently close on the Reading interchange north east.
Access to suburbs like Sandton and Rosebank are equally accessable on the freeway north along the N12 and N3 north.
