The southern suburbs of Cape Town from Rondebosch, Crawford and Rosebank are by definition exclusive or prestigious suburbs. This is also true for the tranquil leafy suburb of Sybrand Park.
Situated across from the Mowbray Golf Course may also have something to do with the status of the suburb.
The mixed architecture is one of its signature qualities and then the suburb is also in a highly prime location with the N2 Settlers Way and Kromboom Parkway on the doorstep. These roads offer easy access to the various industrial hubs in Epping, Lansdowne, Observatory, Ottery and Salt River and then the various commercial hubs in Rondebosch, Claremont, Newlands and Kirstenhof but does also not exclude access to the commercial hubs in the north like Tygervalley, Bellville and Century City or the Foreshore.
One almost gets the same nostalgic notion that permeates Newlands and Rondebosch in Sybrand Park. The sophistication and elegance of the homes will appeal to the discerning home owners and executives.
The prime location of Sybrand Park does not end there as the suburb is also close to various higher educational institutions like the University of Cape Town and the University of Stellenbosch and then the suburb is also close to a number of academic hospitals like Groote Schuur and U.CT Private Academic Hospital.
Of reputable schools servicing the suburb and region there need not much to be said as their reputations are excellent with schools like Rondebosch Boys High School, Rustenburg Girls High School, Herschel Girls School and Bishops Diocesan College and all of these schools are within easy convenient access to Sybrand Park.
There are so many new retail and entertainment venues that have sprung up across Cape Town it is almost impossible to choose but here is a list of some of the more exclusive malls; Cavendish Square, Westgate Mall, Golden Acre Mall and Constantia Village Mall.
