Proclamation Hill is a mixed use residential suburb with older homes, apartments and sectional title townhouse complexes. Property values are comparable to similar suburbs in the west of Pretoria and the demand for homes in the suburb is high due to the suburb’s proximity to various amenities like schools, malls, industrial and commercial hubs and also for the steady stable growth in property values.
