Parkrand is a Boksburg suburb thus located on the East Rand. It is a well-established and highly sought after suburb for various reasons like its prime location, proximity to amenities and stable growth in property values. The suburb can be described as a middle to upper-class suburb with a good mixture of property use.
Townhouses are popular for the convenience and security they offer and the architecture which is generally on the more modern end of the scale and offering properties in the affordable range for first time home buyers and single people to buy-to-let investors.
