The current trend in the greater Port Elizabeth is the young couples and professionals are investing in the suburbs of the town. This can be attributed to the proximity of that Port Elizabeth is one of the country’s main commercial and manufacturing hubs.
Driving through the middle upper-class suburb of Overbaakens one can see why it is such an appealing suburb.
