Mpumalanga Province is the municipality of the greater region which includes the town of Nelspruit which is also the capital of Mpumalanga. No surprise then that the town is one of the more sought after in terms of property and the important factor of its ideal location.
Nelspruit Central and surrounding is experiencing a phenomenal growth in the property market in both existing homes and property under construction or envisaged construction.
This means there is a varied property usage catering for the larger market with vacant land, lifestyle and eco estates, freehold homes, farms and sectional-title townhouses and of course farms.
With demand increasing across the spectrum of property use there is also a rise in property values which equates to an increase in property values in general. The other appealing factor of the town is the fact that the town is located in pristine bushveld which makes it an ideal tourist destination for those who love the outdoors or nature in general.
The property of the town can be describes as a middle income town which excludes the eco-estates which are in the more exclusive bracket which is comparable to estates across Gauteng.
The architecture of the properties is varied with conventional designs and the modern to ultra-modern homes in the different estates.
For a town of this size all the important amenities are catered for like malls, schools, industrial and commercial hubs. To add to that Nelspruit is on a major route from the south and to the north which means it is a depot for transport companies. Of course there are other industries or sources which sustain the residents of the town like forestry and agriculture.
Situated roughly 4 hours from Pretoria means it is not that much of a remote location.
Here is a list of some of the popular schools in Nelspruit, Hoerskool Bergvlam, Nelspruit Primary School, and Lowveld High School.
