Mnandi A.H. is a suburb of the greater Centurion located in the western region and like Monavoni A.H and surrounding suburbs is being transformed from agricultural and smallholding land to medium to high-density residential property and this is due to the lack of residential property.
This is a trend across the country and the other contributing factor to urbanization is the development of exclusive estates of various nomenclatures.
There are already some residential estates in Mnandi along with apartment and townhouse complexes which are setting the trend in property value, architecture and property usage.

Schools in the vicinity are established and reputable. They are PLG Midview Academy, Greenhillgb Primary School, Amberfield College and Centurion Christian School.
Numerous malls and venues are catering for the needs of residents in Mnandi like Forest Hill City, The Hub and Mall@55.
