Greenstone Hill is a reasonably new development which is basically an extension of both Edenvale and Modderfontein on the East Rand. Property in this new development is in high demand as it is almost all exclusively estate properties which means exclusive and up market.

Pricing is on the higher side of the scale and that is in part due to the age and architecture of the new developments which are of current fashion.
