Centurion west has expanded to the extent now that there are at least sixty suburbs. Just this should dispel any misgivings one may have about Centurion as a residential address.

Beyond this there are the obvious benefits of residing in one of the many suburbs such as its' total prime location, the large number of schools available, both private and government schools, the highly diverse property usage and the number of entertainment and retail venues to choose from.

Glen Lauriston and Eldo Lakes Estate is a prestigious highly sought after estates located in Centurion west. The mixed and diverse property usage consists of freestanding homes, townhouse complexes, estates and apartment buildings but in and outside of estates.

The suburb can be defined as middle to upper-class which is echoed in the varied property pricing structure. The suburb tends to lean more towards the younger executive generation in the freestanding homes and estate homes and then the younger single people investing in the sectional title market which is by itself a highly lucrative market.

The architecture of homes in this emerging suburb is greatly influenced by the architecture in the estates which is of course, modern, fresh and appealing. The estate homes have also set a standard for interior fittings and fixtures in the newer sectional title developments adding a bit of prestige to this end of the consumer choice.

There are also, as one would expect prestigious sectional title townhouses outside of estates which are as trend setting as units in estates.

For this expanding suburb, there are numerous reputable and prestigious schools to choose from for children such as Eldoraigne High School, Centurion Christian School, Hoerskool Centurion and Springvale Primary School.

Residents in Glen Lauriston are spoilt for choice with the number of malls within easy access such as Centurion Mall, Wierda Mall, Mall@Reds and Jean Crossing Mall.
