The suburbs north of Johannesburg have Sandton as a basis on which they were founded. For this reason many of the suburbs enjoy the same exclusive status as its main suburb.
One such suburb is Fourways Gardens which in its own right now commands the same degree of exclusivity. Being a reasonably young suburb means the architecture mirrors more trendy styles with well proportion homes and usage of the available land.
Property usage in the suburb consists of freehold homes, cluster homes, duets and townhouses. For people starting out in the property market townhouses and clusters would be an ideal staring point with slightly lower values but offering stable growth in value and for resale their value is supported by the high degree of demand for homes in the suburb in general.
Fourways Gardens is in a prime location, close to the major commercial hub of Sandton and Bryanston and access roads to other commercial hubs like Buccleuch and Midrand along the N1 and towards Centurion with additional access to the N14 which also offers access to the industrial hubs in Krugersdorp.
The construction of Monte Casino has in small part added to attracting buyers to the suburb and added in small part to increased property values. With neighbors like Bryanston, Fourways and Witkoppen have its benefits in that buyers that do not find what they want in these suburbs spill over to Fourways Gardens.
The main roads through Fourways Gardens have a number of commercial properties like restaurants and smaller retail outlets which adds to the benefit of residing a suburb such as Fourways.
Residents of Fourways Gardens are spoilt for choice with the number of reputable schools nearby such as Fourways High School, Brescia House School and Michael Mount Waldorf School.
There are more than enough malls within easy access to cater for shopaholics of Fourways Gardens residents such as Fourways Mall, easy access to Sandton Square and Rosebank Mall.
