Dalpark is a suburb of Brakpan and is located on the far East Rand. It was established as Brakpan was expanding around mining activity, which was the foundation of suburbs in and around Brakpan.
The suburb has over the years expanded to have its own extensions and this fact should be a good indication as to the demand for property in the suburb.
The mixed property use of the suburb caters for a large market from apartments, clusters, freehold homes to townhouses. This has created a varied pricing structure in the suburb and will suite single people, small or young families as well as already established families.
The region has drawn on the development of the Carnival City Casino which has gathered interest to the suburb and region as a residential address.
The architecture of the suburb is a good mixture of conventional and modern with the town-houses and clusters catering for the younger market set on fashion statements.
All this development has in a small part increased property values of the suburb as it is on the doorstep of the casino and subsequent mall that was constructed. This has also brought convenience to the suburb.
With engineering being the main source of sustainability to the suburb and region has further enhanced the ideal location of the suburb in terms of traveling to the office. For those working in the commercial sector there are freeways and major roads which are easily accessable and convenient.
Other major hubs and centres like Sandton in the commercial sector or the major industrial hubs of either Germiston or Isando are just as easily accessable on the N12 freeway.
Of course towns like Benoni and Springs are equally accessable and conveniently placed which means the suburb is in no way remote or removed.
