Castleview is an old and well-established suburb of Germiston. In recent years there has been a redevelopment in the suburb. Farm land that was rezoned for residential use and the ideal use of the land was allocated to townhouse developments which are in high demand once again for various factors they offer such as the lower maintenance and security along with high demand and stable growth in value.
One such development has a very unique feature in that the entrance forms part of a heritage site at the Castleview Complex.
The mixed property use comprises freehold homes and then townhouses with every nomenclature imaginable catering for a large market segment. This also means a larger income group is catered for.
