Listing your property with us does not only have many advantages, but is also very easy. Here is how
simple this process is:
- Go to www.myroof.co.za
- Register or log into your MyRoof account. If you haven’t registered yet, you can do it as follow:
- Click on "Login or Signup" in the top black menu bar.
- Fill out the middle column.
- Click on "Register"
Registering on our website takes approximately 1 minute.
- After logging in or registering, click on the “Sell My Property” tab in the top black menu bar.
- Click on the green “List for free now” button.
- Tick the confirmation box stating that you are the legal owner of the property. Click on “Next
Step”.
- Fill out the basic details of the property. Click on “Next Step”.
- Tell us the type of property you are selling. By type of property we mean house, flat, vacant land,
flat,
duplex or simplex.
- Select how many levels the property has if it is a built structure. Also tell us how many bedrooms,
bathrooms and studies the property has. Click on “Next Step”.
- If the information is available to you, fill out the erf size, floor area, rates and taxes and
levies.
These are not required when listing your property.
- Then enter the selling price – this is a required field. Click on “Next Step”.
- Select a time slot for one of our experienced and trained consultants to visit your property. We
have
consultants available in ALL the metro areas. Click on “Next Step”.
- Click on the green “Accept an List my Property” button.
In the non-metro areas you will have the DIY option. This is easy to do and we can also assist you in
listing
your property via our Real Time Chat. This is exclusively available on our “Sell My Property” page.
